Services and pricing

Do you seal the shower grout and stone after cleaning?

Yes. Cleaning opens the grout's pores and stone micro-etched by hard water, so we always recommend sealing immediately after. We match the sealer to your shower's material and traffic for maximum stain and moisture resistance.

Can you remove hard-water stains, soap scum and etching from a natural stone shower?

Absolutely. We use honing and polishing techniques to remove etching, water spots and soap scum from marble, travertine and other natural stone showers — restoring the original depth and clarity without replacement.

Can you fix cracked or mouldy grout and caulking?

Yes. We remove cracked, crumbled or mouldy grout and replace it with fresh, properly sealed grout, and we re-caulk every corner and seam with premium mildew-resistant sealant for a watertight shower.

Which areas do you service?

We clean, seal and restore showers across San Diego County, Orange County and Los Angeles. If you're anywhere in the three-county region, we can help — call 714-868-8941 to confirm your area.

Cleaning, sealing and care

How often should a shower be professionally cleaned and sealed?

Once a year is the baseline for a household shower in Southern California, and every six months for heavy use — families, rentals, or anyone on very hard water. Stone showers and light-colored grout benefit from the shorter interval because mineral film shows and bonds faster.

Can I seal a shower myself?

You can, and it helps, but sealer only performs as well as the surface underneath it. Applied over trapped mineral, biofilm or damp grout, it locks the problem in and fails within weeks. A professional seal follows a full deep clean and a proper dry-down, which is why it lasts years rather than months.

Is vinegar safe for cleaning a shower?

On porcelain, ceramic and glass, diluted vinegar is fine for mineral film. On marble, travertine, limestone, onyx or any cement-based grout, it is not — the acid dissolves the calcium in the material and leaves etch marks and eroded joints. Use a neutral-pH cleaner on stone and call us if the surface is already etched.

What causes white chalky stains along grout lines?

That is efflorescence: mineral salts carried to the surface by moisture moving through the tile assembly. It is a moisture symptom, not a stain. Cleaning removes the visible bloom temporarily, but it returns until the water source and the dried-out substrate are dealt with, then the joints are sealed.

Will sealing make my shower waterproof?

No. A penetrating sealer slows water absorption so soil cannot bond, but it is not a waterproof membrane. Waterproofing lives behind the tile, in the pan and in the joints. Sealing protects the finish and the grout; it does not fix a failed shower pan.

Do you clean and seal showers across all of Southern California?

Yes — San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles, residential and commercial. Quotes are free, and the technician assesses the material and condition on site before recommending deep cleaning, grout restoration, stone polishing or resealing.
